Join Shiva as she goes through a yoga workout appropriate for the three trimesters of pregnancy. She uses three models one of whom is doing the poses appropriate for each trimester. My daughter did this video all during her last pregnancy (her second) and came out in better shape than she has ever been. My wife Mary and I did the first trimester postures with her and they were tough.
